In Cahors, our Malbec grapes are harvested in October at peak ripeness, beginning their journey to become a bold, mature wine in just a year.

Year 2

THE BARREL AGE

After a year where steel meets oak, the wine develops character—emerging with a smooth yet daring edge, ready to make its mark.

Year 3

ALCOHOL REMOVAL

Using True2Aroma technology in Germany, we preserve our wine’s rich, full flavor. The result: a fearless, non-alcoholic wine with all the spirit and none of the alcohol.
